Six stages from chart to oversight

Each stage is a handoff in the operational review process.

  1. Import Patient Care Reports

Charts enter through configured integration, upload, or SFTP. Intake is complete when the report is available for review.

  2. Quality Intelligence Review

Advanced Quality Intelligence flags documentation gaps, protocol signals, and review priorities for the assigned human reviewer.

  3. Identify Findings and Trends

QI Findings and trend views help supervisors decide which charts and patterns need action. Scores and benchmarks roll up to providers and teams.

  4. Prioritize and Assign Action

Route charts into queues, assign reviewers, escalate Case Review and Quality Intelligence items, and keep ownership visible through handoff.

  5. Coach and Follow Up

Document coaching, assign remediation, track open follow-ups, and close the loop on the originating chart.

  6. Leadership Reporting

Publish dashboards and exports so medical direction and operations can monitor trends, closures, and outcomes over time.

Intake pathways used in deployment

Chart intake supports structured imports and configured data pathways—including SFTP where configured. Vendor-specific pathways (for example ESO or ImageTrend) may be evaluated during implementation and depend on deployment configuration and scope.

ESO ImageTrend Manual Uploads SFTP Integrations Multi-Agency Deployments

ClinidexQM does not claim universal native connectivity to every ePCR system. Integration availability depends on agency configuration and implementation scope.
